The Human Resources Management division of Global Service (Professione Lavoro) offers a series of Personnel Assessment tools.

One such tool generates a quantitative report that identifies individual characteristics and aptitudes, including for example:

> Profile summary;
> Trait intensity graph (dominance, extroversion, patience, conformity);
> Basic temperament;
> Communication style;
> Leadership style;
> Sensitive areas and potential reactions;
> Motivational needs;
> Effective and ineffective expression of traits;
> Energy/vitality level.

This report is generated in .pdf file format and classified under the employee file in PIM for quick and easy access. In addition, the results of the individual personality profile are managed automatically by the software to ease in the analysis and comparison of aptitudes for personnel assessment needs.
