PIM 3.0 provides managers with a client application, in web or desktop mode, for connecting to the main system. This allows managers to view their own department data.

Some system functions:

> generate actual and budgeted reports;

> view organizational chart;

> input performance appraisals;

> input career profiles;

> budget analysis.
